A Taste of Hangzhou
One seasonal ingredient, a little story from the city I call home.
In Hangzhou, autumn arrives with the sweet scent of osmanthus.
Tiny golden flowers bloom across the city — in gardens, by old walls, and along quiet lanes.
For generations, they have been part of our tea, our sweets, and our memories.
This season, osmanthus is my way of bringing a taste of Hangzhou to the table.
You’ll find it woven gently through the menu — from the roasted mantou and pumpkin soupuccino to the tea that closes the meal.

After studying in New Zealand and the UK, I followed my passion for the culinary arts in Paris before returning home to Hangzhou.My favourite travel memories have never been places—they've been shared meals, warm conversations, and the generosity of local people.Pantastic Table grew from a simple belief: that the best way to discover a place is around someone's table. Absolutely. Whether you're travelling alone, as a couple, or with friends, you're warmly welcome.
Where is Pantastic Table?
Pantastic Table is located in Hangzhou. The full address will be shared once your reservation is confirmed.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Please let me know when making your reservation. I'll do my best to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies whenever possible.
How many guests can join?
Each gathering is limited to four adult guests, ensuring a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
How do reservations work?
Simply send your preferred date, number of guests, lunch or dinner preference, and any dietary requirements. I'll reply within 24–48 hours to confirm availability.
What happens after my reservation is confirmed?
You'll receive the meeting location, arrival information, and everything you need before your visit.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made at the table by cash, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. Credit cards are not accepted.
